Place: Tokyo, Japan.
Time: January 9th, 2357.
Scenario: Ever since the early 2200s, instead of having monarchs and leaders of individual countries, one representative of the whole world is elected. These representatives are known as the 'Emperors of Earth'. An Emperor of Earth maintains their position for five years, and basically has full control over anything that is happening on the planet. However, as each election goes by, the government gets progressively more corrupt. The last Emperor of Earth started only focusing his attention on upper class citizens, forgetting about the lower class (and even middle class) people entirely.
Our current Emperor of Earth, who goes by the name of Icarus the Oracle (his real name hasn't been revealed to the press) is even worse. All income earned through any means is taxed by 85% and instantly transferred to his bank account. He spends all of his money working on his house and paying servants and security guards that patrol every part of the globe. Eventually, news of his lavish lifestyle leaked out and the public went into a seismic outrage, but were calmed down by the security guards, who arranged a mass killing of everybody who opposed Icarus.
On this day (to recall, it's January 9th, 2357), a small rebellion has started in a section of Tokyo, lead by Satoshi and Hatsune Zakuri. They - and their army - have gathered enough weapons to face a small number of guards, and are willing to fight until they can confront Icarus. Suddenly, Satoshi and Hatsune are caught by guards and exposed as traitors; they were publicly executed to make an example. Their daughter took control of the Rebellion. At the moment, there are over 10 million guards in Asia alone, and only around 500 rebels. Worst of all, Icarus' mansion is thousands of miles away in London. There are three alliances in this crisis: Rebels, Neutrals, and Oraclites. A long journey is ahead of the Rebels; will they survive?

She can joke around and even lead a large group of people when necessary. When a situation isn't serious, she can also be the life and soul of the party. When she wants to, she flirts. Quite often, she struggles to use her common sense, too.

Background: Serena grew up under the increasingly corrupt views of the Emperors, and she didn't agree with any of their policies. She had a very close relationship with her parents, who taught her a lot because there wasn't a school for children to go to. As such, Serena had a great degree of respect for them. When her parents founded the Rebellion and were executed shortly after, she decided to take control and lead the army of 500.
